Suggested time 2,5 hours
To make a halt and set aside some time for reflection creates mutual insights and helps identifying learnings and what is important ahead. Widening perspectives together and addressing challenges makes solutions easier and builds trust within the team. Laughing together is always fun, but also helps build relations as well as motivation.
